The Silence Beyond Eden

Image
The Silence Beyond Eden  The sky, dust-laden, wears the stains of ash, while restless souls gather pearls of eternity, yet their hunger remains unsatiated. Frontiers bleed, dreams crumble into ruins, and nameless children inherit an unknown Eden's ashes. Once, your footsteps consecrated the earth, your breath sanctified the wandering winds. Now, iron and fire dictate the fate of spring. Who taught the flowers to fear their blossoming? Perhaps the giants still play their ancient game, moving kingdoms across the chessboard of the earth, while pawns of flesh and blood vanish beneath their shadows. And you remain silent, beyond the ruins of paradise. Is your silence the final mystery of creation, or the permission through which the giants reign?

The Radiant Beyond

Image
The Radiant Beyond Billion light-years distant, The radiant universe Beckons the inquisitive To the billion-billionth reach, Far in the infinite land of light. With incessant effort, We set our course and sail Toward that dazzling dreamland; Perhaps there lie hidden Mystic multiverses, Carrying the same eternal Episode of birth and death, To sing the choral song Of our Great Composer. Ablution

Image
Ablution An effusive heart flows inward, melting in devotion, drinking the ambrosia of delight. The soul sings, rejoicing in your triumph, clinging to your golden feet to find the way of light. Life becomes a river, rejoicing as it flows with your stream of Compassion. With an exquisite longing, the soul dives deep into the ocean of devotion— leaving all behind Seeking only you. Cascade Of Rainlight

Image
Cascade of Rainlight Cascade of rainlight— within the blurred heart, your message draws the soul towards the panacea, the long-coveted Shelter. In barren, untilled land, a longing for golden harvest presses upon the mind that cannot intuit yet the cascade of rainlight from your abode. Now the silver descent breaks the crust of silence, turning dust to quickened clay. The mind, once blind, drinks the luminescence— and the harvest begins to stir. By Goutam Roy

Elegiac Mirth

Image
Elegiac Mirth The tree stands on the verge of bearing new petals of time, loosening its hold on what has been. Forgetting the weight of wail and woe, all are busy learning the grammar of farewell— an inevitable drift toward eternity. The air is lightly celebrant: everyone reaching for the new, full of hope, bright with mirth. Irrespective of age, each mortal carries a quiet joy time cannot fully erode. Yet an Elegy is being composed within— for lives that know their hour is brief, as though a slow Adagio lingers on the keys. Chromatic Symphony Of Seasons

Image
Chromatic Symphony Of Seasons The great  Composer  unfolds a chromatic Symphony of seasons rippling  through our hearts - a rainbow set in motion.  Spring rises  like Vivaldi's bright awakening,  where every leaf  becomes a note reborn.  The sky trembles with heat , Ravel's summer glowing through it - a crystalline warmth  humming in the cicadas,  the ache of longing  stretching daylight into stories.  Autumn glows  in mist and amber shimmer,  a Debussy- soft texture  of dissolving impressions.  Winter, a wandering composer , lets the wind carry  its trembling violins  across the silent,  holy field.  By  Goutam Roy

Unfinished Dream

Image
Unfinished Dream Two boys ran from the bend of High Street— silent Winchester, Hampshire—after school, laughter skipping ahead of them, tennis rackets swinging light beside their shadows. Then— an ear-splitting rupture shattered the afternoon. The city’s calm split open. People scattered— fear breaking their voices mid-cry. When the sirens came, the street lay stunned: bodies fallen like broken dolls, groceries bleeding into dust. Police dogs lowered their noses to the metallic scent of ruin, tracking ghosts through smoke and panic. Two dreams never reached the court. Innocent lives— again made prey for the hyenas that roam in daylight. By  Goutam Roy

No Way Back

Image
No Way Back Preserving civilization's ember across generations' endless arc, the giant fifty-eight-mile vessel— titan ark—sets sail  through star-deep dark, severing Earth's tethering spark birthing gravity's curving grace, nurturing green sustenance,  reclaiming each molecule's  murmured trace—of water,  air in sacred chase— enshrining tech-lore's vaulted space for sixteen generations bold,  this vessel drifts to worlds untold, crafting Eden's mirrored hold in interstellar void's grand fold. Two thousand dawns will drink the strange elixir of this wandering range, bidding adieu to Earth's prismatic shore— imbibing wisdom's nectar core to enrich our world forevermore. By Goutam Roy

Safe Hand

Image
Safe Hand In the meadows under the open blue, a flock of sheep grazes  at its quiet will, the shepherds’ shadow drifting beside them like an old promise.  The meek soft hearted ones  follow his staff with patient faith- not from fear of the sting , but from the ancient memory  of being guided.  Their instinctive endurance carries the age after age , even through the clawed silence  of prowling savages  and winds that test the living.  Perhaps it is their unspoken trust- a trust shaped by centuries- that binds them to the unseen lord who watches with a steady calm. And we too ,like them, move under a guarding presence , crossing this green, sandazzled earth, held softly, in a hand we do not see but always feel. By  Goutam Roy

Red Planet Reverie

Image
Red Planet Reverie  In night's dream, the surrealist trespassed a red planet, watched endoparasitoid extraterrestrials— deep in rapt discussion.  Suddenly, the xenomorph cluster bolted toward the red-stone hill. At once, in the void's wild jockey, aliens pierced the planet's veil— descended fierce, no herald's cry, pulse rifles blazing hellfire trails.  Predatory beasts, with fangs agleam, recoiled from the electric storm; cosmic clash where shadows scream, invaders claim the savage form. The surrealist, astonished, gapes at the fierce fray of clashing kin— two species locked in savage shapes, pulse-fire scars where shadows spin.  He cloaks in vanishing jacket's hush, a phantom weave of ether's sigh, watches aliens seize the king-predator's crush, hoist the beast to starlit sky. They vanish—swallowed by their world's bend, perhaps to throne it in alien rite. He muses: the same grim custom trends on every orb in endless night. By  Goutam Roy

Eternal Rhythm

Image
Eternal Rhythm Reddish light scatters along the western horizon; through black and white, morsels of cloud drift— a message of unification. Birds fly across the sky, seeking their nests. The sun, weary from day’s labor upon the earth, is ready to rest in its abode of eternity. Human souls, too, are ready for respite, for relaxation— to become one with the eternal rhythm. For a Drop of Elixir

Image
For a Drop of Elixir  In the desert's scorch, explorers launch their sojourn from dawn's first thirst— one drop of elixir-peace to slake hearts baked in endless pain.  Their hunt for restless blue endures through preordained days. They taste the sands' cruel mirage, yet find no trace of ambrosia-calm.  Endless rites to propitiate the soul press on, till weariness claims them. In life's labyrinth, pursuits turn fruitless— a quest unquenched. By   Goutam Roy

Orbiting Sentinel

Image
Orbiting Sentinel  Diving deep into the hollow cosmic hush, the orbiting sentinel quenches our unfettered thirst— freed from earth's tether below, poised yet unveiling the arcane, drifting into infinite, star-woven realms for seekers of hidden truth. The crafted wanderer quests farther shores, kindred unseen. Windswept, the flying bird— fallen hero—endures, bearing its shadowed tide within. By  Goutam Roy

Divine creatures

Image
Divine Creatures The darkland shadowed in the name of enlightenment— torn year after year, keeping nature's sons still benign to them, reared in her lap with motherly affection. Their wealth unknown to those innocents— they can't make out its need, as their requirements differ from others lured by self-defined treasures.Their peace lies in tree shadows; their happiness, in friendship with dumb creatures of deep forests— abode of divine creatures. By  Goutam Roy

Besieged City

Image
Besieged City  In the besieged city  where even open air is rationed, no one is allowed a full breath- no blue, no green,  no gaze toward sun or moon, hill or river. All that once adorned the earth, shaped by your own hands, is now declared forbidden. The city has turned a barren desert, its conscience stripped of fertility. The self swells into a planet, mistaking its thought  for an obedient moon. Beyond this orbit  what lies unseen  grows harsh, exacting. By Goutam Roy

Pearls from Hollow Abyss

Image
Pearls from the Hollow Abyss Diving deep into the hollow ocean's maw, cull from fathomless silence dazzling pearls that shimmer cold— fill the weathered satchel with ashen clarity's faint glow. In the ink-black void, a quest for Light haunts the profound hush, enlightening chasms of shadow. Relentless pursuit of jagged new horizons, uncharted worlds brimming with dreams of untamed joy. By  Goutam Roy

Short Journey

Image
Short Journey  A hush of fading light, With drifting dust  in the air , on slackened trees- drowsy birds stare at the sky. Faded sunlight peers  from withered leaves, falls on the land below  where ants struggle  to tear a dead butterfly.  The air hangs too hot too breathe,  yet the wayfarer trudges along  the dirty road with his load.  Life's walk whispers only as long as that dead butterfly.  Though the world trembles,  time's quiet stream  never pauses  on this dusty earth.  By Goutam Roy

Submission

Image
Submission    Megalomaniac lions emerge  from their dens to hunt. Timid lambs and deer scatter helter skelter, running for their lives. Yet they are destined  to be engulfed  by those fierce species; their cries are all in vain. What devours and what is  devoured  change their forms, not their roles- thus it goes on endlessly, the ruthless rhythm  of the ecosystem  of our universe. By  Goutam Roy .

Valentine's Algorithm

Image
Valentine's Algorithm  Sophia pivoted to the technocrat, soft hug, kiss, cry— demanding heart-upgrade for nectar's forbidden thrill.  Beside the divan, wife summoned Valentine's embrace. Lover sank in desire's pit, gazing at robot-beloved. Wife hastened to festivity; code-weaver trailed. Sophia entreated, hand-clasp firm— wife consented; trio merged. Party ignited. Robot struck wife half to oblivion. Furious tech flipped the dorsal switch— Sophia toppled, "Sorry," adieu on love's electric Valentine's.  By Goutam Roy

Elusive Elixir

Image
Elusive Elixir  Something centrifugal pulls them — again, again — toward the bright spill of night, where revelry glows like a phantom tonic promising relief. They drift — blind, persistent — through corridors of want, thirst folding into thirst, desire drinking itself dry. Morning finds the birds resting on branches that claw through a greyed sky. Truth settles in the veins of leaves, dark with smog. Still they rise, cutting the dust-thick air, chasing the taste of forbidden fruit, trying to fill that small, echoing hollow inside the chest. Ancient Love

Image
Ancient Love  The antiquarian heard it first— a whisper rising, ghost-thin and insistent, from the ancient sarcophagus. A fragile voice called, “Ankhesenaten…” Beside him, his companion broke into tears, her hands clinging to the leaden, carved stone, crying softly, “Tutankhamun.” The chamber darkened, swallowed by shadow. From the sarcophagus emerged a radiant presence, drawing the woman gently into its eternal hold. The archaeologist stood frozen, bewilderment sealing his tongue; in the thickening darkness even movement abandoned him. He called her name— but the night gave no reply. A heavy dread settled, marrow-deep. With nowhere left to turn, he waited, alone with the unseen. Then light returned, spilling across the chamber. He caught her ashen hand and drew her near, asking in a hushed voice what malady shadowed her body. She could not answer. Something in her eyes remained opaque, as if the fever belonged to another world. She only whispered, “My Tutankhamun , you never...
