The Silence Beyond Eden
If those forgotten ages
were to rise again,
when God once walked
beside His children,
guiding their uncertain steps
through the labyrinth of Time,
perhaps another epic
would be born—
its verses inscribed
upon the trembling pages
of a world renewed,
and the chariot of Time
would once again move
beneath the unseen hand
of the Divine,
turning the wheels of destiny
according to His will.
Dust would rise
over the broken earth;
the sun would linger, veiled
behind a haze of sorrow.
Loss and victory
would continue their ancient dance
among the ruins
of a wounded world.
Kingdoms would fall,
dreams would perish,
and generations would wander
through the ashes
of what they once called home.
Yet, where the Divine Presence
descended like a quiet dawn,
fear would loosen its grip,
and weary hearts
would discover a solace
deep enough to cool
the burning wounds of existence.
For when God walks among His children,
even the ruins
begin to whisper
of another beginning.
